What the Radiation Therapist Role will Offer:

As a Radiation Therapist, you are responsible for delivering efficient, effective, and high-quality radiation treatment within a clinical setting, providing the highest quality of care to our patients and doing your #lifesbestwork.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Practice

Undertake radiation therapy treatment responsibilities and associated duties.

Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant center and across the practice.

Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.

Ensure all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.

Patient Care

Ensure established patient care standards are maintained.

Treat all patients and their caregivers with respect and equality.

Maintain confidentiality on all issues.

Liaise with members of the health care team in the planning and delivery of patient services.

Teamwork and Communication

Participate as an active and effective member of a team.

Partner collaboratively with colleagues.

Participate in team meetings and activities.

What you Bring to the Role (Qualifications):

Registration as a Radiation Therapist with ARRT and eligible for applicable state licenses

Strong empathy, interpersonal, and communication skills

Demonstrated technical competency in all areas of radiation therapy at an appropriate level, including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiation therapy modalities and techniques

Demonstrated ability to work in an effective team environment

Strong knowledge of radiation therapy, radiation therapy physics, and radiation biology and health physics, along with associated allied healthcare services
