The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

We are seeking an inspiring, mission-driven Nurse Manager to lead and empower our team of nurses and clinical support professionals. This individual will play a critical role in advancing CUFC’s vision: delivering world-class fertility care, driving innovation in women’s health, and fostering a culture where compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement thrive.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight

Supervise and support CUFC’s team of nurses to include medication authorization and medical assistant team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and empathy.

Collaborate with leadership to design and implement strategic goals to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Clinical & Administrative Integration
- Provide direct patient care and clinical coverage as needed, including holidays and weekends.
- Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and performance evaluation of nursing staff and support team members.
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor, promoting professional growth and team development.
Quality & Compliance
- Develop and oversee a robust quality improvement program.
- Monitor clinical metrics and safety events to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards (AAAASF, NYS, OSHA, ASRM, SART, etc.).
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and medication safety guidelines.
Patient Advocacy
- Address patient concerns with empathy and diligence, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
- Champion patient-centered care, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Operational Coordination
- Manage inventory and supplies, coordinate with vendors, and meet with pharmaceutical representatives.
- Represent CUFC on internal and external committees.
- Support clinical research initiatives, including coordination and oversight where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience required, plus four years of related experience.
- Current and active NYS RN license required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make decisions with integrity and clarity.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF nursing.
- Prior experience in reproductive endocrinology or women’s health strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Passion for advancing reproductive medicine and women’s health through innovation.
