The Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. Works collaboratively with other members of the practice/hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs.
Postop care of telemetry floor day shift and CVICU night coverage only
2 Nights and 1 Day CVICU coverage. 2 nights- 1 Day 6p-8:30a.m., 6p-8:30a.m., 6a-6:30pm
