ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of ultrasound imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in CQI activities.

QualificationsRegistered (or registry eligible) with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in one of the following: Abdomen or OB/GYN. Registry eligible candidates must become ARDMS registered in one of the above within 6 months of their graduation date. Current Basic Life Support certification.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Basic computer knowledge. Advanced certification may be required. Previous experience in Ultrasound preferred.

Schedule DetailsMonday - Friday 8-hour shifts across two-week increments typically between 7:30am - 5:00pm. Primarily working in Eau Claire with rotating outreach to Barron and Menomonie. Additional details to be discussed at the time of interview.
Weekend ScheduleRotating Saturday 8-12 AM call.
