About Hematology and Cellular Therapy Program:
Established in 1989, our program has performed over 1,500 bone marrow transplants, including autologous, allogeneic related, and CAR T and Immune Effector Cell Therapy. As a National Marrow Donor Program/Be The Match transplant center since 2001, we are authorized to treat patients with all commercially available CAR-T cell products.

Education:
- Master of Nursing Degree.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in hematology/oncology, focusing on transplant, CAR T, and Immune Effector Cell Therapy. Experience with lymphedema or multiple myeloma is also highly desirable.
Licensure/Certifications Requirements:
- Current CA RN License.
- Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License.
- National Certification (NPI).
- Current DEA License (schedule 2-5).
- Current (Life Support Certification) required.
