Description:
The Supervisor of Radiation Oncology Clinical Information will supervise, mentor and develop clinical information coordinators and specialists. They will serve, under the direction of Radiation Oncology (RO) leadership, as the ARIA RO Data Administrator. In this role, they will lead and support ARIA, EHR, and other informatics projects to ensure timely delivery of expected outcomes. The RO Supervisor of Clinical Information is responsible for analyzing and supporting the redesign of RO workflows to improve efficiency, usability and outcomes, using AI tools, scripting and automation when possible.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required. Masters Degree and/or specialized training in healthcare informatics, data science or AI are preferred. Experience with use, configurations, and data output from medical applications and systems, with Radiation Oncology applications experience preferred. Strong leadership, computer and organizational skills. Demonstrates positive customer service and interpersonal skills, with excellent mentoring, teaching, and written and verbal communication skills. Minimum required experience: 5 years
