We are seeking a highly organized and proactive IT Business Analyst to support senior leadership within our IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing competing priorities with discretion, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit.
You will play a key role in facilitating communication, organizing critical information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the BRM team.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for multiple senior managers, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare, publish, and distribute agendas; attend meetings and record minutes.
- Assist BRM management with compiling and organizing information for PowerPoint presentations.
- Condense communications from internal teams into clear, visually engaging slide decks.
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Organize and manage BRM documents and resources on SharePoint, ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Serve as a liaison between BRM leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
- Independently manage special projects from conception to completion.
- Support daily departmental functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior managers in an IT setting.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and desktop applications.
- Project coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Exceptional follow-up and time management skills.
