ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Director, International Strategy, is a forward-thinking executive responsible for defining and evolving International's strategic direction. This role leverages market insights, strategic acumen, and stakeholder engagement to provide actionable recommendations around markets and products that drive business growth and efficiency. The Senior Director collaborates across Commercial Solutions, Finance and Analytics, International Operations, and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with our objectives.
Enterprise Strategy Development
Lead the design and continuous refinement of Mayo Clinic’s international strategy, identifying and prioritizing new markets, solution development, partnership structures, and competitive differentiation.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Oversee a systematic intelligence function that tracks market trends, geopolitical shifts, regulatory environments, and competitive strategies to uncover unmet needs, demand trends, geopolitical shifts, and health system dynamics.
Stakeholder Alignment & Executive Advising
Build alignment across functions including Commercial Solutions, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Strategy to ensure coordinated execution of international initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Strategy Optimization
10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
