Hours & Location
Location: Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion – 160 E 53rd St, New York, NY 10022
Shifts available: Monday – Thursday from 9 AM – 12:30 PM & 12:30 PM – 4 PM
Volunteer Opportunity
We are seeking reliable and committed volunteers available for a weekly 3.5-hour shift at our Rockefeller Outpatient Pavilion. Volunteers at this location will support the chemo infusion area, waiting room areas, and lobby spaces providing navigation support to patients and visitors.
As a volunteer, you may:
Offer a warm welcome by greeting patients, families, and visitors when they arrive.
Help with wayfinding by walking visitors to their destinations or answering general questions.
Who We’re Looking For
Onboarding Process(average 4–6 weeks)
*To stay active in the program, onboarding must be completed within 4-6 weeks. If your application is pending any onboarding tasks for 30+ days, your application may be rejected.
Please Note
This is an unpaid volunteer role. The Volunteer Department does not oversee paid employment, internships, shadowing, or educational programs. Our program provides meaningful, long-term opportunities to support patients and staff.
