DescriptionThe Senior Channel Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at promoting Mount Sinai’s population health product offerings to large employers and plan sponsors. This role is instrumental in driving customer acquisition, retention, and engagement, as well as supporting partnership development and product launch strategies.
As a key contributor to the Mount Sinai Solutions (MSS) departmental growth in a highly competitive healthcare marketplace, the Senior Associate will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives. This position offers high visibility and frequent interaction with senior leadership, requiring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic insight, marketing expertise, and executional excellence, helping to position Mount Sinai as a leader in employer/union solutions in the New York City market.
ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Channel Associate, Marketing will be responsible for the following core functions:
Strategic Marketing Execution
Plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support the promotion and growth of MSS products targeted at large employers and plan sponsors.
Align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with key internal stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Clinical Operations, and Member Services, to ensure alignment and integration across campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign and Content Development
Develop marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, presentations, and digital content that clearly communicate value propositions to external stakeholders.
Maintain messaging consistency and brand integrity across all channels.
Go-to-Market Support
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Engagement and Retention Programs
Sales and Business Development Support

QualificationsEducational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (business and marketing preferred)
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in corporate marketing (client-facing experience)
Experience developing and executing marketing plans
Expertise in using marketing and sales software (i.e. Excel, Tableau, MailChimp (or alternative), Adobe, WordPress)

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $106,108.00 - $159,161.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
