Overview
The Project Associate for Nursing Excellence Initiatives provides critical project coordination and administrative support to advance strategic nursing priorities across the health system.
Responsibilities
- This role supports initiatives such as Magnet® designation, Pathway to Excellence®, shared governance, professional development programs, and other nursing excellence projects.
- The Project Associate collaborates with nursing leadership, clinical teams, and key stakeholders to organize activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a culture of nursing excellence, quality improvement, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.
- SAP Knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of EPIC, HCM, Strata jazz, and P-Suite preferred.
- Utilizes application with minimal help to complete tasks or projects assigned.
- Education Required Level: Associate Degree.
- Education Preferred Level: Bachelor's Degree.
- Length of Work Experience Required: 1 year.
