Responsibilities
- Perform advanced secretarial and administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing confidential information.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize research-related programs and events.
- Manage purchasing and inventory of office and research supplies.
- Maintain and oversee observership and rotator programs, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
- Support donor-related projects, including tracking contributions and preparing acknowledgment materials.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate research and clinical initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, maintain databases, and assist with grant-related documentation as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for leadership.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with purchasing systems and scheduling tools.
