ResponsibilitiesProvides pharmaceutical care in coordination with other health care professionals to deliver safe, appropriate and cost effective drug therapy to patients.
QualificationsRequired:
- Minimum education required is a B.S. in pharmacy with 2-years work experience OR a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree (MS, PharmD) or residency.
- Experience in inpatient, or outpatient pharmacy practice.
- Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties.
- Previous experience in applicable specialty practice area.
License and Certification
- Eligible for licensure by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
- BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Schedule Details7:00 am - 10:00 pm. 7-days a week including holidays. Shifts vary in length up to 12-hours.
