Salary Range: $40,191 - $51,646 annually
What You'll Do
Provide clerical, administrative, and general office support within a research setting
Enter, organize, and maintain research data with a high level of accuracy
Assist with data management activities and basic descriptive statistical analysis
Support research teams with study documentation and project coordination
Assist with research protocol submissions, renewals, and related documentation
Maintain records, files, and reports to support ongoing research activities
Communicate and collaborate with researchers, staff, and other stakeholders
Help ensure research projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule
What You'll Bring

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with data and managing information accurately
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A strong communicator who works well with others
Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn
Interested in supporting research and contributing to meaningful work
Experience supporting research activities, data management, or administrative operations in a healthcare, academic, or scientific environment is helpful but not required.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time experience in data management; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in data management.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
