The Senior Advisor reports to the Director of Advising and Career Development in the Office of Student Affairs and Wellbeing and plays a critical role in providing the academic and career development guidance and support that is essential to a successful medical student experience. The advisor effectively manages a caseload of 75-100 students, overseeing and directing the development of the student's Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), medical specialty exploration and choice, and plan for the individualized 4th year.
