Responsibilities Responsible for the daily operations of the assigned area, including general business activities and direct supervision of staff. Routinely interfaces with various departments to integrate the practice.
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have demonstrated leadership, communication (oral and written), self-initiative, and problem-solving ability. Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently.
- Requires human relations and customer service skills to influence and motivate others. Demonstrate patience and the ability to effectively coach and mentor others. Ability to work as a team member, take direction from others, and initiate and manage projects.
- Experience with spreadsheet preparation, data collection/management/analysis, and creation of graphs/charts and presentation slides. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft OneNote is required.
