Summary:
- This Project Coordinator supports the Department in performing the project management, reporting and data collection, administrative support & dissemination duties essential to improving practice performance on quality and productivity for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting, data collection and information distribution on projects integral to sustaining quality improvement (QI) initiatives
- Manages meeting scheduling, organization and preparation
- Identifies areas of opportunity and manages efficiencies around communication dissemination
- Coordinates strategic efforts in collaboration with Primary Care leaders in meeting needs of our population
- Works with data analyst to maintain and develop monthly reports of key elements needed for the projects and feedback to the practice on progress
- Coordinate process improvement projects and provide implementation support to management teams
- Provide project management support for the department
- Responsible for project coordination associated with the departments value based programs
- Maintains and monitors communication distribution lists for effective communication strategies
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required) OR 5+ years Healthcare or Call center experience (Years of Experience can replace degree)
- Master of Arts or Science (Preferred)
