Position Overview
Responsible for the implementation and execution of all retirement and health and welfare elements of benefits administration that aligns with the annual benefits strategy and design, in support of the Manager, Benefits. Oversees the day-to-day benefits administration work, monitoring and reviewing benefits performance and reports, creates and oversees benefits administration communications and ensures all benefits policies are up to date and align with system configurations. Utilizes knowledge and continuous learning of federal and state laws as well as knowledge of current and possible future policies, best practices, and trends to ensure the benefits program's complete compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
