Clinical Nurse - Urology OP
Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Nurse in our Urology nursing department. We're looking for a dynamic nursing professional eager to showcase detailed, evidence-based nursing care skills and make a significant impact in our New York City location.
Role Overview:
- Work within Nurse-Physician based Ambulatory Care Practice Model caring for Urology Surgical Oncology patients.
- Provide clinical support to staff members, and assist with management of a caseload of Genitourinary patients.
- Perform patient assessment, symptom management, and telephone triage and offer patient/family education.
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
- Participate in the implementation of patient education and clinical support programs to ensure optimal care throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Join in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in ambulatory setting.
Key Qualifications:
- New York State RN license and BSN
- 1.5 years of related medical/surgical experience required
- 1.5– 2 years of oncology experience highly preferred
- Genitourinary experience strongly preferred
- Ambulatory care experience preferred
- Bcls

Pay Range: $119,000-$146,850
