The Nurse Practitioner to support the Heart and Vascular Center performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. Works collaboratively with other members of the practice/hospital team to assess, plan and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Full time Nurse Practitioner position for the Cardio Vascular Service Line/Invasive Cardio dept at Ocean University Medical Center. NP will support the Heart and Vascular Services.
