Summary:
Lead the governance, planning, and performance management processes across the HR organization. This role oversees internal HR rhythms, including the monthly operating review and annual planning cycle, ensures effective information cascade across HR functions, and provides oversight for the HR budget process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage HR’s internal governance structure and ensure effective coordination across the HR leadership team.
- Lead the monthly HR operating review process and support the annual goal-setting and operating plan cycle
- Lead coordination, logistics, and content for HR meetings, town halls, engagement events, and internal communications in partnership with functional leaders/key stakeholders
- Coordinate the timely and consistent cascade of information across the HR function
- Provide oversight for the HR budget, partnering with finance to manage spend, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Track and report on HR performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement of operational planning and execution
- Lead and deliver high-priority or time-sensitive HR initiatives, as needed.
- Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
- Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization
Education or Equivalent Experience:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)
- And 5+ years HR Analytics, Finance, Operations, or Strategy Roles ideally within Healthcare or Complex Organizations (Required)
