Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day operations of the Patient Experience team and across the Montefiore Medical Center and the Montefiore Health System.
- Act as an associate advocate and ensure the program's compliance across Montefiore policy and procedures.
- Responsible for special projects, leading & supporting initiatives within the department as well as the Montefiore Medical Center, Montefiore Health System and outside vendors.
- Manage project finances and budget activities to maximize investment and increase efficiency.
- Gather, maintain and provide various reports and data.
- Support larger Network Performance Group initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Associates degree required Bachelors degree preferred 5 years of work experience required
- Experience with project management and quality initiatives.
- Excellent critical thinking skills as well as effective written, oral and presentation skills.
- A demonstrated commitment to professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills as required.
- Candidate must understand how to present clinical outcomes data for health care delivery systems with an emphasis on measurable clinical metrics.
