Lead Info Technology Engineer
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with experience in Terraform to support our growing cloud infrastructure. As part of our Cloud Engineering team, you will help design, deploy, and manage Azure-based environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale cloud projects while working closely with senior engineers and architects to learn and grow your cloud expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and implementing scalable Azure infrastructure using Terraform.
Support the provisioning and management of Azure resources (e.g., VMs, VNets, storage, AKS, App Services).
Collaborate with senior engineers and DevOps teams to build and maintain IaC pipelines.
Write and maintain Terraform modules and scripts for repeatable, consistent deployments.
Help monitor cloud environments and respond to performance and availability issues.
Ensure deployments follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the cloud team.
Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
1+ year experience working with Terraform in a professional setting.
Solid understanding of core Azure services (VMs, VNets, Storage, RBAC, etc.).
Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Understanding of cloud networking, security, and identity concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure certification(s) such as AZ-104 or AZ-900.
Exposure to containerization tools like Docker or AKS.
Experience working with version control systems (Git).
Willingness to learn new tools and cloud technologies.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
