NORTHWESTERN AND NAPLES COMPREHENSIVE CARE COLLABORATION
Naples Comprehensive Health, in collaboration with Northwestern Medicine, is developing a world-class integrated academic-level oncology Center of Excellence in Naples, Florida - and we are seeking a board-certified Medical Oncology/Hematology Medical Director to help us achieve this bold vision. This is a unique opportunity to build a destination cancer program that will transform and elevate oncology care in Southwest Florida.
- Clinical academic appointment available through Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine
- Clinical research through The Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University including dedicated clinical trial support staff

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology/Hematology
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Medical Director or Division Chief
- Strong clinical and business acumen, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and advancing the field of oncology
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Oncology Center of Excellence, ensuring the delivery of worldclass, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative treatment protocols, new program development, and clinical research
- Provide medical oversight and supervision of the clinical operations at the cancer centers
- Foster a culture of excellence, compassion, and teamwork among staff, promoting a patients-first approach
- Provide mentorship and support professional development for physicians in the group
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices, clinical quality, and safety performance, including CoC accreditation standards
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in oncology, applying this knowledge to drive program operations and growth
- Work collaboratively with the cancer service line administrator in a dyad relationship
