Description
The Senior Intake Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Senior Intake Coordinator is responsible for the account services of corporate clients, oversees client operations, scheduling, monitoring call activities, problem-solving escalations, and training/ competency of all new and current employees. This role will serve corporate clientele and corporate accounts thereby enhancing and securing long lasting relationship(s) with NM.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and executes initiatives to effectively promote services to targeted companies.
- Maintains and analyzes corporate account information to improve sales of existing services and identify new product lines.
- Represents and sells all products and services recommending packaging and pricing strategies to support goals and objectives of this business unit.
- Provides reports to Director and other designated personnel on activities, employer needs and market analysis information.
- Schedule staff and allocate resources across hours of operation to maximize patient access satisfaction, staff productivity, cost-savings, and operational efficiencies.
- Provides a high level of customer service both internally and externally. Exceed all consumer requests and alert management of issues or concerns that require escalation.
- Educates consumers about Client Services programs including Executive Health, International Health, Concierge Medicine and Human Longevity Clinic. Maximize opportunities to cross-sell products within the service lines.
- Completes accurate handoff instructions and notes to scheduling staff by documenting appropriately in electronic medical record systems.
- Ensure staff have access to necessary policies, procedures, training, and other resources necessary to complete their responsibilities, and that policies and procedures are updated as necessary.
- Provide one to one coaching and mentoring to Intake Coordinator team
- Gathers all information required for departmental reporting. Produce reports as required.
- Provides ideas and suggestions for process improvements within the department.
- Monitors registration and scheduling, including insurance verification to ensure processing within prescribed quality standards.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- Four to seven years of increasingly complex positions within a related health care or customer service setting.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Experience organizing, coordinating, and promoting a service effort / strategy.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in health care programs, services, and products, particularly with occupational medicine services.
- Highly professional and able to interact with all levels within the organization, including senior management.
