We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated Nurse Practitioner to execute duties with our Heart Transplant population.
Education:
- Master of Nursing Degree.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse practitioner program approved by the California Board of Registered.
Experience:
- One (1) plus years’ experience as Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Experience with outpatient Heart Transplant Patients.
- Three (3) plus years of nursing experience.
Licensure/Certifications Requirements:
- Current CA RN License.
- Nurse Practitioner and Furnishing License.
- National Certification or eligibility for certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Current DEA License.
- Current BLS required.
