Responsibilities
- Deliver and serve patients' food trays.
- Assists patients in menu selection.
- Deliver bulk stock, supplements, and tube feeding to units/patient rooms and return unused cans to the main kitchen.
- Provides and maintains a safe environment through preventative and interventional measures.
- Maintains required standards set forth by the NYS Department of health by maintaining sanitary and safety standards in the preparation and storage of all foods and maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service.
- Knowledge and experience in food safety.
- Must be able to work on weekends.
