Princeton Health’s Community Wellness Program is dedicated to redefining care by offering a dynamic range of health and lifestyle programs designed to enhance the well-being of individuals in our community. Our innovative services address the needs of diverse populations, including women, men, seniors, children, and adolescents. We bring top-tier community health programming to life. With over 2,000 programs annually, we serve more than 50,000 community members through health fairs, screenings, special events, and educational offerings. We provide programming 7 days a week, days, nights and weekends.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing support at Novo Nordisk Nursing Office, 1-2 days per week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Assist with organizing and executing health fairs, screenings, and special events. Shifts vary.
- Schedule programs and classes, and provide instruction when needed.
- Obtain certifications in multiple disciplines such as BLS instructor, childbirth educator, and self-defense.
- Contribute to programming and data collection efforts for the community health needs assessment and strategic plan.
What We Require for this Role:
Education
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing – required
Related Work Experience
- One year recent nursing experience – preferred
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Active NJ RN license required
