Exciting Opportunity at MSK - Manager, Benefits Communication
MSK is seeking a Manager, BenefitsCommunication, to shape how MSK communicates our Benefits programs to employees. In this role, you’ll create employee-centered communication strategies that market MSK’s robust employee benefits to our people, making them easier to understand and more accessible. You’ll focus onstrengthening clarity and enhancing engagement by partnering with HR teams—including Benefits, Retirement, Well-Being, and Employee Healthtodelivera meaningfulemployee experiences across MSK.
Lead the development and execution of communication strategies for MSK’s Benefits and Employee Health teams, ensuring campaigns reflect MSK’s employer value proposition and values, and resonate with our healthcare workforce.
Develop clear, compelling messagesfor multi-channel delivery across email,print and, digital signage, SMS,MSK’s intranet, andMSK’s benefits website, among others.
Create benefits-focused communication campaigns, and messaging for major annual efforts such asbenefitsopen enrollment, well-being challenges, and flu vaccination.
Work within a matrixed communications team to maintain MSK’s unified voice, employee communication strategy,brand standards, and style.
Experience in employee communications, ideally with a focus on employeeBenefits, within complex organizational structures, serving an employee population who does not primarily work in front of a computer.
Technical proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Salesforce, AI tools, or light design/video editing skills are a plus.
Strategic, audience-centered thinker with the ability to distill complex information into simple, relatable, action-oriented messaging.
Location: Hybrid; 4 days per month minimum on site at 633 Third Avenue, New York, NY, or 1275 York Avenue, New York, NY
Pay Range: $111,600.00 - $178,600.00FSLA Status: Exempt
