Overview
Coordinate, prioritize, distribute & supervise work. Responsible for hiring, progressive discipline and terminating of employees.
Responsibilities
- Works with department Directors and Managers to ensure compliance with departmental policies, regulatory requirements, budget, and Human Resources.
- Ensure proper staffing/scheduling of associates.
- Monitor and ensure quality and integrity of work by doing random audits.
- Responsible for addressing quality of work, errors, and in-servicing of associates.
- Position is accountable for the supervision of billing, follow-up, denials, and pre-adjudication functions.
Requirements
- Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent Leadership Skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Problem-solving Skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while achieving positive outcomes.
