ResponsibilitiesResponsible for continuous improvement, oversight and administration of the Contract Management System. Directs and oversees staff training program for the Contract Management System. This position communicates regularly with various levels of internal and external personnel. Responsible for completion of template agreements and formatting of contracts. This position will handle all required registrations and certificates needed for business lines. Must have ability to manage multiple client relationships, with an understanding of and willingness to meet staff needs and business goals in a dynamic, team-based, environment. Provides strong support to the Contracting Team including, but not limited to, data collection, input to RFP, contract fee schedule creation, contract communications, expiring contracts follow up, and timely input into the Contract Management system of all new and updated contracts. Serves as a resource on department and institutional initiatives. This position focuses on contract maintenance and contract system quality control. This position requires a very high level of attention to detail.

QualificationsA Bachelor's degree with five years’ experience in contract management/negotiation; or an Associate’s degree with seven years’ experience in contract management/negotiation.

- This position will support Mayo Collaborative Services (MCS) and the services lines that fall under the MCS umbrella.
