Description
The House Supervisor IHR reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
- A professional nurse who is responsible for the overall management of hospital operations on the day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Able to perform all the functions of a Staff Nurse
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment
- ACLS within 6 months of employment
- Management of Aggressive behavior training within 2 years of employment
- Licensed RN in the State of Illinois
Preferred:
- BSN
- 5 years with Nursing Management experience
- PALS Certification
