Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Application Analyst II - Epic Resolute PB Claims and Remittance

Role Overview
- Maintain and develop Resolute PB Claim Forms and Edits
- Assist with Resolute PB work ques
- Maintain and develop Resolute PB Remittance Options
- Analyze complex business problems and design technology, integration, and workflow solutions.
- Identify system gaps and provide technical expertise to inform functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders
- Actively contribute to technical discussions, offering insights that improve solutions.
- Assist with work queues within EPIC
- Build, maintain, and support all new Epic Resolute PB functionality focused on Claims and Remittance.
Key Qualifications
- Active certification in Epic Resolute PB and/or HB Claims required
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

- Ability to work in a high volume environment with limited supervision
- Ability to clarify ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and scaling systems to support business goals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage peers, users, and others
Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $111,600.00-$178,600.00
- Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 633 Third Ave, New York, NY
