Some will be Days, some Nights, some on one of the four Med-Surg/Tele/Ortho units, and some in the Float Pool. The number of each available position will be based on vacancies at that time and the ability to spread out the skill mix. There is no guarantee of any particular unit or shift.
- The precepted shifts are based on the preceptor's availability.
- We will work with the selected new grads for life events (graduations, weddings, etc.) but we really need all new hires to be open to any schedule/shift/unit for the precepted shifts during the first 4-5 months.
