The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant performs the role utilizing the patient-centered coordinated care model demonstrated through the following competencies: leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision making. 1 Holiday of 6 a year. Part-Time position for nights in the stroke unit. 9 pm to 7:30 am, 4 (10) hours shifts per pay period, 1 weekend a month, 1 of 6 Holidays per year
