The Stroke Part-Time NIGHTS Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. 1 Holiday of 6 a year. Part-Time position for nights in the stroke unit. 9 pm to 7:30 am, 4 (10) hours shifts per pay period, 1 weekend a month, 1 of 6 Holidays per year
