The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) Hospitalist for Raritan Bay and Old Bridge Medical Centers utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. Acute care experience needed. (4) 10 hours shifts with weekend coverage rotation among the other NPs. Hours are 7:30am to 5:30 pm, or 8am to 6pm.
