Overview
The Director of Nursing Academic and Clinical Integration plays a critical leadership role in bridging nursing education and clinical practice within an academic health system.
Responsibilities
- This position ensures that nursing students receive a comprehensive, integrated education combining rigorous theoretical instruction with practical clinical experience.
- The Director works closely with academic institutions and healthcare facilities to align curricula and clinical training with current industry standards, fostering a seamless transition from classroom learning to patient-centered care.
- The Director must demonstrate excellent communication and relationship management skills to align the interests of diverse internal and external stakeholders, while driving forward the shared goal of producing practice-ready, compassionate, and competent nurses.

Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Nursing, Nursing Education, Nursing Administration, or a related field required.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].

- Proven expertise in curriculum development, clinical partnerships, and program evaluation.
