The Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) utilizes a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation/collaboration, coaching/guiding, research, and ethical decision-making. The APN works collaboratively with the practice/hospital team to assess, plan, and implement care for individuals with health and safety needs. M-F 8.5 hour shift or 4 10.5 hour shifts, Outpatient office, will occasionally be asked to cover inpatient service for PTO of other APPs Cross coverage with inpatient Bariatric Surgery PA for PTO and holiday. No OR coverage. Preference for an APP with an Endocrine background.
