We are seeking full-time CRNAs to join the Jefferson Health Float Team, covering TJUH, Methodist, Einstein, and Torresdale. This position offers premium compensation, exposure to a wide variety of cases including trauma, OB, transplant, neuro, and outpatient, along with the flexibility to shape your practice to your career interests, supported by strong CRNA teams at each site.
Job Description
We are seeking Full-Time CRNAs for our Jefferson Health CRNA Float Team. This role offers premium compensation and the chance to work across diverse settings, including TJUH, Methodist, Einstein, and Torresdale campuses. CRNAs will handle a range of cases, from trauma and OB to transplant and neuro, as well as routine outpatient procedures. You'll have the flexibility to pursue cases that align with your career goals, supported by experienced CRNA teams at each location to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

- $75K Sign-on Bonus for a three year (3) commitment, $50K Sign-on Bonus for a two (2) year commitment or $25K Sign-on Bonus for a one (1) year commitment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of an accredited program in nursing anesthesia
- At least 2 years experience as a CRNA.
