ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Charter House is responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care in assisted Living. This role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. The ADON will manage the increasing complexity and demands of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting the development of occupancy growth and staffing plans

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- BSN of an accredited school of nursing w
- A current Minnesota registered nurse license.
- Five years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Additional Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing, business, or a health-related field is preferred.
- Experienced in long-term care and familiarity with Minnesota healthcare regulations.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex and demanding situations.
- Proficiency in staff education and scheduling.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and technological support.
Licensure
- Current RN license in Minnesota is required.
