About the opportunity
Radiation Oncologists with Health New Zealand plan and deliver radiotherapy treatments for cancers, participate in tumour boards, outpatient clinics, and inpatient care, and collaborate on service planning and research initiatives.

Salary and benefits:
- Base salary of NZD $185,380 - $267,980 USD $112,290 - $162,320 (based on the ASMS collective agreement, dependent on experience)
- On-call and availability allowances where applicable
- Reimbursement of MCNZ registration and Annual Practising Certificate costs
- Funded Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of NZD $16,000 USD $9,690 and 10 days of CME leave per year (pro-rata)
- 6 weeks of annual leave and 12 paid public holidays
- Long service, special leave and sabbatical entitlements
- Up to 14 weeks paid parental leave

What you need to work here
You will need registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) and an Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
International Radiation Oncologists will typically hold a qualification comparable to Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR).
