Exciting Opportunity at MSK: Application Analyst I – EPIC Beacon
Join our dynamic Epic Beacon team as an Application Analyst I where you’ll tackle complex business challenges through technology, workflow optimization, and integration solutions. This role provides the opportunity to shape system design, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive meaningful improvements in operational efficiency and digital transformation – particularly within the Bone Marrow Transplant & Cell Therapy services.
Role Overview
- Configure and maintain Epic documentation tools such as flowsheets, smart sets, workspace activities and clinical notes
- Assist with answering tickets in Epic Beacon work ques
- Analyze complex business needs and develop integrated technology and workflow solutions.
- Identify system gaps and contribute technical expertise to functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders, especially in the Bone Marrow Transplant and Cell Therapy departments.
- Actively engage in technical discussions to improve solution design and implementation
- Participate as Beacon application representative in integrated focus area(s) within the Epic application project.
Key Qualifications
- Certification in EPIC Beacon required
- Certification in EPIC Ambulatory or EPIC Inpatient good to have
- Experience working in a Bone Marrow Transplant environment is good to have
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.

Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $90,700.00-$145,300.00
- Reporting to Associate Director, Application Services
- Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
- Location: Hybrid; 3x a month (with flexibility as needed) at 885 Third Ave, New York, NY
