The Department of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at The Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (RPCCC) seeks a Board-Certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologist. Comprehensive services include digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, MRI, radioactive seed localizations and image guided core biopsy (stereotactic, ultrasound and MRI). Experience/training in breast MRI is essential. Breast radiologists do not take overnight or weekend call.
Our Breast Imaging Center, located in the Scott Bieler Clinical Sciences Center, is a state-of-the-art facility staffed by six dedicated breast radiologists. The breast imaging team works collaboratively with the breast surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and pathologists to provide multidisciplinary care to our patients, as well as with RPCCC outreach programs to increase screening participation in our local community.
Roswell Park is an NCI-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center (one of only two in New York State) and a University at Buffalo (UB) Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences affiliate, with academic appointments for staff. We are an ACR Breast Center of Excellence and our Breast Program is accredited by the NAPBC. Current trainees also include UB medical students, radiology residents, a breast imaging fellow and breast surgical oncology fellows.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
The incumbent will have a License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York, Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Diagnostic Imaging or the specialties of Body Imaging, Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Neuroradiology or Angio/Interventional Radiology and a Medical Doctor degree and prior full-time experience in the field of Diagnostic Imaging or the specialties of Body Imaging, Diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Neuroradiology, or Angio/Interventional Radiology.
NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
