Overview
The Community Healthcare Improvement & Strategy (CHIS) Project Manager will work with the Senior Director of CHIS in the Network Performance Group on projects that focus on improving healthcare system processes and clinical pathways to improve patient-centeredness and population health outcomes. Projects have a heavy focus on and require experience in including patient voice and balancing innovation with feasibility of health service redesign, as well as extensive knowledge of how health care clinical delivery works.
Responsibilities
- The CHIS Project Manager will lead in project management and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ability to provide vision and execution plans for the Senior Director, as well as execute communication and collaboration skills across multiple disciplinary groups.
- The division needs a project manager who can focus on working with the Senior Director of CHIS to plan and execute multiple projects at any given time, drive day-to-day change management activities, and provide appropriate levels of support and supervision as well as the organizational skills to track, manage, and direct projects.
- The Project Manager will support process improvement methodology, with priority given to candidates with strong PI experience with focus on patient voice/community and healthcare redesign.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health-Related Field required.
- Master's degree in Public Health preferred.
- 5 years of relevant work experience required.
